Through your Shopify connection, OuterSignal only brings in order data automatically. If you're running a lead gen site — or want to enrich profiles beyond what Shopify captures — you can do this via CSV upload, but only if you actually have the required fields below.
For a CSV upload, you must have all of the following:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
ZIP Code
Important: Don't use placeholder or fake ZIP codes to fill in missing data — this will decrease the quality of your enrichment rather than improve it. If you don't have a customer's real ZIP code, leave that field blank rather than guessing.
Optional fields that further enhance profile quality:
Full shipping/billing address
Phone number
Date of birth
