Where to find it
Open the Products tab in the left navigation. You'll land on the product grid, ranked by revenue. Click any product to open its detail panel.
The product grid
Every product appears as a card showing revenue, buyer count, and how long it's been selling. Across the top you can:
Search for a specific product.
Set a date range — last 3, 6, 12, or 24 months, all time, or a custom range.
Filter by customer segment or persona — see the grid through the lens of just one audience (e.g. only your VIPs, or only one persona).
Filter by product type and set a minimum buyer threshold to hide low-volume noise.
Sort by Revenue, Buyer Count, Persona Concentration, New Buyers, or New Buyer %.
Export to CSV for offline analysis.
You can also build custom groups (Categories & groups) to roll several products up into one line — useful for analyzing a collection or a category as a whole.

The product detail panel
Click a product to open five tabs:
Buyer Profile — the headline numbers: revenue, AOV, LTV, repeat rate, average orders, and a plain-English "median customer" (e.g. 55 yo · Female · $725K property value). A Highlights summary calls out the biggest patterns in words.
Demographics — age distribution, property-value distribution, top states, and gender split — each shown against your brand average so you can see where this product's buyers diverge.
Personas — which personas over-index on this product, ranked (e.g. "10% above brand average").
Real Buyers — actual named customers who bought it, with a short bio and their purchase timeline. This is the human proof behind the aggregate numbers.
Predicted Next — what these buyers are most likely to purchase next, broken down by age, gender, affluence, or persona, with the likelihood and the typical number of days until that next purchase.
Buyer Profile: revenue, AOV, repeat purchase rate, median customer and Highlights
Demographics: age and property-value distribution vs. brand average
Real Buyers: named customers with bios and purchase timelines
Product Affinity Matrix
Beyond the individual panel, the Product Affinity view lets you scan every product against an audience dimension at once — Personas, Age, Gender, Affluence, State or Channels. Each cell shows how much more (or less) likely the audience is to buy product compared with your store average, so you can spot patterns across your whole catalog in one screen rather than product-by-product.
Affinity Matrix by Persona — likelihood to buy vs. store average, by persona.
Affinity Matrix by Age — the same view broken down by age band.
Affinity Matrix by Affluence — the same view broken down by property-value tier
Automatic insights
The page surfaces patterns for you without any digging — the top product for each persona, gender divergences ("Male buyers pick up this product at 1.4× the overall rate"), and age divergences. These rotate at the top of the page.
Common ways to use it
Merchandising & bundles — pair products that your top personas actually buy together, and build kits around real affinity.
Creative & ads — write copy for the true buyer of each hero product, and build lookalike audiences from them.
Lifecycle & email — use Predicted Next to trigger the right cross-sell at the right interval, instead of a generic post-purchase flow.
Segmentation — jump from any product straight into the Signal Feed to see and action its buyers.
Good to know
Data reflects the buyers OuterSignal has enriched for your store, so richer, longer-connected accounts show deeper detail.
Divergence figures (e.g. "+14%", "1.4×") are always relative to your own brand average — not an external benchmark.
Numbers update as new orders and enrichment come in; use the date range control to compare periods.
