Lists let you group specific customers by hand, like VIPs to call or people to send samples to. You add customers one at a time from their card, then filter the Signal Feed to see everyone on the list.
Add a customer to a list
In the Signal Feed, find the customer.
Click the Lists button on their card. If they're already on a list, it says In 1 list or In 2 lists.
In the Add to list... box, pick an existing list or type a new name to create one.
Lists you create show up as purple labels. Green labels are tags that come in from Shopify or another connected integration.
See everyone on a list
Go to the Signal Feed.
Click Filters, then Add Rule.
For the field, choose Lists. It's in the General group.
Leave the condition as is one of and pick your list.
The feed now shows only the customers on that list. To see everyone except them, choose is not one of instead.
Keep the list one click away
Once the Lists filter is set, click Save as Segment and give it a name. Next time, click View Segments at the top of the Signal Feed and pick it, instead of rebuilding the filter. Saved segments are also listed under Segments in the left sidebar, and you can build a Playbook on one.
