Influencers Board lists your customers who have 50,000 or more followers on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or X. Each creator shows their followers per platform, their content, and what they have ordered from you, and your team marks each one Discovered, Contacted, Agreed, or Declined.
Your team sees who each creator is and where outreach stands in one place, instead of in a separate tracker.
Step 1: Open your Influencers list
In the left menu, click Influencers. There is nothing to set up.
Pick List to see a full card for each creator, or Board to see creators in one column per status.
To narrow the list by audience size, pick Any size, 50k to 100k, 100k to 500k, 500k to 1M, or 1M+. Pick Favorited to see only the creators you favorited.
OuterSignal finds these creators among your customers on its own. New creators are added to the list as soon as they order!
Step 2: Track your outreach
Before you reach out, check the creator's handles and content on their card to confirm it is the right person.
Contact the creator outside OuterSignal, the way your team does today.
Set the creator's status to Discovered, Contacted, Agreed, or Declined.
To record details, add a note to the creator by clicking into their profile on the Influencers page.
Influencers is on for every type of account.
What you see on the page
The summary line at the top counts the creators with 50k+ followers among your customers.
Each creator card in the List shows the handle, status, followers per platform, engagement rate, last order date, bio, location, age, gender, orders and spend, and content from each platform.
The Board has one column for each status: Discovered, Contacted, Agreed, and Declined.
FAQ
Why don't I see creators with fewer than 50,000 followers?
Influencers Board starts at 50,000 followers. To find customers with a different follower count, use the influencer filter in the Signal Feed, which takes any number. Spotting Influencers in Your Customer Base shows how.
Does the list include people who have not bought from me?
No. It lists only customers who have ordered from you.
Can I message a creator from OuterSignal?
Coming soon. Today you contact creators outside OuterSignal and record where each one stands on Influencers Board.
What can I put in a note?
Notes are text, and any link you paste becomes clickable. You can't @mention a teammate or email one from a note yet.
How does the platform filter work when I pick more than one platform?
The list shows creators on any of the platforms you pick.
Can I fix a creator who is matched to the wrong person?
No, you can't correct a match yourself. Contact OuterSignal support, and they escalate it.
