The Signal Feed is your central hub for browsing enriched customer profiles. Here's how to quickly find and organize the customers you're looking for.
Sort By
The Sort By dropdown in the top left controls the order profiles appear in your feed.
Order Date (Newest) — Default. Shows your most recent customers first.
Order Date (Oldest) — Shows your earliest customers first.
High Signal — Shows customers with the strongest VIP/signal activity first.
Total Spent (High) — Shows your highest lifetime spenders first.
Total Spent (Low) — Shows your lowest lifetime spenders first.
Order Count (High) — Shows customers with the most orders first.
Order Count (Low) — Shows customers with the fewest orders first.
Keyword Search
The Keyword Search bar lets you search across customer names, employers, and education institutions without building a full filter. For example, type "UCLA" to find alumni, or a company name to spot clusters of customers at a specific employer.
Signal Only Toggle
Toggle Signal Only on to show only customers flagged with at least one Signal Criteria (e.g., VIP, Influencer, Athlete, Doctor). Toggle it off to see your full customer base.
