Signal Criteria are pre-built filters that automatically flag high-value customers—influencers, executives, celebrities, retail buyers, and more—based on publicly available data. Flagged customers appear with a gold star in your Signal Feed.
Default Criteria
Every account includes these eight criteria by default:

Influencer | 10K+ personal followers on any platform |
Senior Executive | At any company with social media >100K OR $100M+ valuation |
Renowned Industry Expert | Best-selling authors, keynote speakers |
Widely-Known Figure | With a Wikipedia page OR other major extraordinary achievement |
Known Investor / Wealth Manager / UHNW | Known investors, wealth managers, fund managers, or ultra high net-worth individuals |
Immediate Family of a Public Figure | Immediate family of a highly-known public figure or celebrity |
Executive Assistant to a Public Figure | Executive Assistant to a highly-known public figure |
High Property Value | Address has property value > $5M |
Filtering by Signal Criteria
Open the Signal Feed and click Show Filters.
Select Signal Criteria from the filter dropdown.
Choose one or more criteria. The feed updates in real time.
You can combine Signal Criteria with other filters (age, location, Persona, follower count, LTV, etc.) and save the result as a Segment. From there, create a Playbook to automate actions like Slack alerts, Klaviyo tags, or Shopify tags.
Custom Criteria
Need to flag a customer type that isn’t covered by the defaults—like doctors, professional athletes, veterinarians, or retail buyers in a specific vertical? Custom criteria work exactly like the defaults—they appear in the same dropdown, are applied retroactively to existing profiles, and are evaluated automatically on every new order.
