How do I invite team members to OuterSignal?

  1. Navigate to Settings

    1. Click on Settings in the left sidebar

    2. Select Team from the settings menu

  2. Start the Invitation Process

    1. Click the + INVITE MEMBER button in the top right corner

  3. Enter Team Member Details

    1. First Name: Enter the team member's first name

    2. Last Name: Enter the team member's last name

    3. Email Address: Enter their work email address

  4. Select a Role

    1. Choose from four available roles: Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer

    2. Review the permissions for each role (detailed below)

  5. Send the Invitation

    1. Click SEND INVITATION to send an email invite

    2. The recipient will receive an email with instructions to join your organization

Note: There are no limits on the number of team members you can invite to OuterSignal.

  • Owners can invite new members with any role (Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer)

  • Admins can invite new members with Admin, Member, or Viewer roles only (cannot invite Owners)

  • Members and Viewers cannot invite new team members
