OuterSignal currently supports customer data deletion requests through two methods:
Automatic deletion (via Shopify) If you use our Shopify integration, customer deletion requests are handled automatically. When a customer submits a data deletion request through your Shopify store, Shopify automatically sends the request to OuterSignal and we process it accordingly.
Manual deletion requests For deletion requests outside of the Shopify integration, please contact our support team via the chat widget in your OuterSignal dashboard. Our team will process the deletion request for you.
