Historical data pulls are charged at $0.03 per unique customer within the date range you select. For example:
5,000 unique customers from the past year = $150
10,000 unique customers from the past 2 years = $300
Note that if you've already searched some of these customers through ongoing order processing, you won't be charged again for those profiles. If there's nothing new to charge, you'll see "Estimated under $10" rather than a $0 quote.
For an exact number instead of estimating by hand, use the Estimate step when you set up a backsearch under Settings → Data Sources → Edit → New back search — it shows your precise new-customer count and cost before you run anything.
Volume discounts are available on annual plans and with a minimum amount of backsearches. Please contact our sales team for more info.
Additionally, orders with no associated cost (e.g., $0 orders) are automatically suppressed and will not generate billable profiles. You can also configure suppression settings to exclude orders from specific channels or marketplaces that you do not want processed. Suppressed orders are not processed and therefore do not incur additional charges.
Backsearch is available on Pro (self-serve) and Enterprise (run by your CSM) plans.
